Hojicha Black Sesame (Premium Series)

We're using full dairy cream for our crepe cake when it comes to premium series

for the hojicha tea wise we're using Japanese imported Hojicha powder from Maryuku Koyaemon, we're not doing mild hojicha dessert with this kinda price trust us!

We're playing a little bit more fun by adding sesame cream layer in between to bring more of the roast and nutty notes for the overall taste and on top of it we added cocoa powder to tone down the sweetness from the cake.

The whole experience its gonna be rich , creamy , and elegant!
